The seismic shift in buyer behavior has rendered traditional, self-centered marketing strategies obsolete, ushering in the era of Human-2-Human marketing, a term I have coined to encapsulate the essence of modern engagement strategies.

The days when lead nurturing was synonymous with impersonal email drip campaigns are long gone.

It is clear that the digital age has altered the concept of how we connect with our prospects, providing us with a whole new level of engagement. 

The old school email drips after capturing a prospective customer’s email is more or less dead. 

Moreover, the concept of nurturing has evolved significantly, now spanning multiple platforms and channels where your target audience spends time.

The best way to think about it is - back in the days, your content was getting in front of your prospects via emails, but today there are a plethora of channels that present a unique opportunity to provide value to your target audience, and nurture a relationship that would help build trust in your brand and drive revenue. 

Nurturing is no longer limited to email inboxes. It flourishes across a wide range of platforms where audiences seek value, engagement, and trust.

This transformation mirrors the shift that B2B companies are going through from performance-driven to brand-driven demand.

Likewise, this is the shift from Nurturing Emails to Creating Nurturing Loops.

The goal is to create a robust ecosystem where your content continually enriches, engages, and evolves with your target audience. This is the essence of Nurturing Loops. 

You can create loops in which your audience eagerly consumes the valuable content you provide, resulting in a cycle of engagement and trust between you and your target audience.

- Communities: Actively participate in and contribute value to the communities where your target audience gathers.
